TheSplitHub provides the SplitEasy platform, a tool that allows users to:

- Track shared expenses
- Calculate balances between members
- Manage personal and group financial records

We do NOT process payments or hold money.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for:

- The accuracy of data you introduce

- Attempt fraud
- Generate excessive automated requests
- Violate laws or these terms
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the app for illegal purposes
- Attempt to hack or reverse engineer the system
- Overload servers or exploit vulnerabilities
- Upload malicious content
- Impersonate another person
Violation may result in permanent ban.
4. Data Accuracy
Balances and calculations are informational only.
TheSplitHub is NOT responsible for:
- Money disputes
- Incorrect entries by users
- Agreements between group members
Users are solely responsible for real-world payments.
5. Service Availability
We aim for 24/7 availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may:
- Perform maintenance
- Update features
- Temporarily suspend access
without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, and content belong to TheSplitHub.
You may not copy, redistribute, or resell any part of the service.
7. Advertisements
The website and app may display ads provided by third-party partners.
We are not responsible for advertiser content or external sites.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
TheSplitHub shall not be liable for:
- Financial losses
- Disputes between users

- Service interruptions
